Returns and Refunds – Our Promise to You
We want your experience with Daily Retiree to be simple and worry-free. If you’re not fully satisfied with something you purchased, we’re here to help. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your item was delivered. If 30 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
We proudly offer a no-hassle, 30-day refund policy for physical items. No long forms, no explanations required — just let us know and we’ll work with you to make it right.
What Can Be Returned
Any physical product (like a coffee mug or T-shirt) can be returned within 30 days, as long as it’s in its original condition — meaning it hasn’t been damaged, overly worn, or changed. We don’t expect things to be unused, just in good shape. What qualifies as “original condition” is up to our judgment, and we’ll always be fair about it.
We ask that you include the original packaging if possible. This helps keep items safe during return shipping.
What Cannot Be Returned
Some items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital items like downloadable eBooks or guides
- Gift cards or special bonus items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
These products are not returnable due to the nature of how they are delivered or priced.
How to Request a Return
If you’d like to send something back, just email us via our contact page with your order number and we’ll guide you step-by-step. There’s no need to print anything complicated or call a call center — we’ll keep it easy and personal.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If we approve your return, we’ll deduct return shipping costs from your refund unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to let you know. If everything checks out, we’ll send your refund back to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for banks or credit card companies to finish processing the refund on their end.
Haven’t Seen Your Refund Yet?
If it’s been a few days and the refund hasn’t appeared, here are some things to try:
- Double-check your bank or card statement
- Call your credit card company — sometimes it takes a few extra days to show up
- Contact your bank to ask about pending transactions
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items that arrived damaged or defective. Just let us know what happened and we’ll arrange to send you a replacement.
Where to Send Returns
Once your return is approved, we’ll give you the correct mailing address. Please don’t ship anything without checking with us first.
If your return is valuable, we recommend using a tracked shipping method or buying shipping insurance, just in case.
